What is Spiral fin tube machine?
The equipment adopts continuously variable transmission to control the tightness of the warp. Making the warp tightly wound on the light pipe without loosening.
Using the frequency conversion motor to adjust the fin pitch range (2.3~5mm). The fin pitch is uniform and the precision is higher. With screw driving and rolling drives the trolley to move around in circles.
For gearbox, we have self-developed positive and negative transmission power system.
