Product Description
A head peeling machine is specialized equipment used to remove the fin or coating at the tube end of finned tubes. It prepares clean, smooth tube ends for welding, expanding, or installation in heat exchangers and tube sheets.
During operation, the machine precisely peels off fins from a set length at the tube head without damaging the base tube. This ensures accurate tube end dimensions and improves assembly efficiency and joint quality.

Uses:
(1) Used for 15°-45° bevel angle of finned tube aluminum tube to facilitate the introduction of rolling blades when rolling finned tube;
(2) Used for fin tube double-end redundant fins Cutting and removing to meet the processing requirements of the part drawing.
Principle of the machine:
After the fin tube is fixed and clamped, the cutting is produced by the rotating tool through the movement of the manual eccentric wheel, so as to realize the requirement of the specified length of the fin tube.
Machine composition:
The finned tube shifting machine is mainly composed of a motor, a main shaft, a three-jaw, a dovetail slide, an eccentric plate, a bracket, and electrical appliances.
Operation
- Choose a reasonable mandrel according to the size of the inner hole of the fin tube. The outer diameter of the mandrel is 0.15-0.2mm smaller than the inner hole of the fin tube.
- Choose a reasonable three-jaw jacket according to the outer diameter of the fin tube. The jacket material is nylon. The inner hole size of the jacket is 1-2mm larger than the outer diameter of the fin tube.
- Operation: Three-jaw clamp set clamps the finned tube, turns on the motor, slowly rotates the eccentric wheel, and moves the finned tube to cut to the specified length.
- Add kerosene to prevent sticking to the blade.
