High-frequency welded finned tubes are heat exchanger tubes in which metal fins are continuously welded to the base tube using high-frequency resistance welding technology. This process creates a strong metallurgical bond between the fin and the tube, ensuring excellent heat transfer and long-term reliability.

During manufacturing, an electric high-frequency current heats the contact area between the fin strip and the tube. Pressure then forms a solid weld without filler material. As a result, the fin has low thermal resistance, high mechanical strength, and outstanding vibration resistance.

High-frequency welded finned tubes are widely used in power plants, petrochemical industries, waste heat recovery systems, air coolers, boilers, and industrial furnaces. They perform well under high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive environments.
